Is it possible to purchase a jewellery item other than by paypal?
Sure, you can also pay by wire transfer. If you would like to pay by wire transfer, please send us an e-mail with your order. Put the article title, type of jewellery (i.e. necklace or brooch), article code and your name and address details in it. We will send back an order confirmation with the payment amount (incl. shipping costs) and delivery time. Please note that your order will be processed after receiving your payment into our bank account. Any additional costs involving the wire transfer have to be paid by the buyer.

How is the jewellery wrapped?
Martine Viergever jewellery comes in a beautiful cardboard jewellery box.
I have seen a jewellery piece on the website which I cannot find in your webshop. Isn’t that one for sale?
All jewellery you can see on the website is for sale, but there is only a small selection of jewellery published in our webshop. Some items we just wish to keep more exclusive. If you have seen a piece on the website that you like, just send an e-mail and we will inform you about delivery time, price and shipping costs.

How do I take care of my silver jewellery?
Martine Viergever’s products are crafted by hand and made of sterling silver. Products should be worn and treated with care to prevent from damage. Do not sleep wearing your jewellery! Over time oxidation reactions can occur in silver jewellery. The best way to keep your silver jewellery from tarnishing is to wear it frequently and polish it regularly.
We recommend regular polishing with a professional polishing cloth or rinsing with water and soap. Store your silver in plastic bags with an interlocking seal, it will be less prone to tarnish. NEVER dip silver jewellery in ‘dip’ solutions. It will damage your jewellery!
